Re-numbering and detailing.

Originally it was AZL's D&RGW 3022 (GP30).
It is a great running locomotive! It's performance is comparable to the GP's of MTL.
The AZL hoods, however, are better to scale.

Unfortunately the D&RGW 3022 never had the large Grande lettering, so I have renumbered it into 3002.
- It got pilots similar to 3045, but the snow plow is slightly different. The 3002 had a different style of snow plow compaired to the other Grande GP30's. See the picture on www.DRGW.net
- Since I like switching, it had to get MTL couplings.
